Our Philosophy
Bright Kids Early Learning is a secure, warm, and friendly Centre which enables us to constantly focus our attention on each child and our passion for early years education. We aim to foster a secure, respectful relationship between the children, educators, families and our community. We believe that children thrive in a broader learning community which involves the families, educators, and the local communities. Reciprocally, we believe that each child will then find their very own sense of agency in this learning relationship.
Primarily, our aim is to enable each child to become a confident and enthusiastic learner as they learn to navigate amongst this ever-changing world, we live in. Across different age groups, we strive to create opportunities for children to feel belonged, to explore collaborative learning experiences where they can co construct their learning experiences based on their interest, family aspirations and developmental needs. We achieve this by engaging children in play experiences that are both structured and open ended. Through these experiences, the children will continuously develop their identity in thinking and understanding of their surroundings, creativity, develop fine and gross motor skills, language and social awareness, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
At Bright Kids Early Learning, we value and believe in the respect for diversity by acknowledging the cultural backgrounds, languages, values, and contributions of all families. We aim to work together with families to enrich and share positive partnerships to build a sense of trust, respect and belonging for children, families, and educators. We prioritise the sense of belonging of each child and member in our community, it is only through this way that we can bring out the strength in everyone to strive for excellence.
